Not to many people think of Australia as a premier hunting destination, however in the Northern Territory the hunting for Water Buffalo and Wild Russian Boar is incredible. The flat and brushy terrain in home to thousands of wild and free ranging water buffalo, some of them with horns that sweep over four feet wide. Our buffalo camp is one of the most modern and comfortable in all of the NT with private cabins that include shower and toilet (running water and hot water), clean and spacious dining area, and top notch equipment and staff. 

All hunting safaris start with a flight into Sydney and then a flight to Gove in the Northern Territory. From there our outfitter will fly you in his private plane to the air strip deep in the outback where your hunting adventure will begin. The camp is equiped with a generator for power, several 4wheeler ATVs, and a Toyota Land Cruiser. All hunting is done by cruising around and glassing the flood plains for feeding buffalo and boar. Dozens to hundreds of buffalo are seen each day and hunters can be very selective. We welcome firearms and archery hunters alike with near perfect success rates for everyone. In fact after personally hunting here I believe it would be nearly impossible for any rife hunter with basic hunting skills to leave without a trophy water buffalo.

All hunting is booked for May-August with some management hunting packages available in September. Camp is limited to a maximum of four hunters to maintain the quality of our operations. The guide/outfitter has over 20 years experience in this 400 square mile exclusive guide concession and is one of the top international professional hunters we have ever been in the field with... watch for video clips on this page as well as entire episodes on our TV show website (link) to see exactly what we are offering our clients in Australia in 2011.

All of our packages include five days of hunting and one trophy water buffalo - however bag limits are liberal and all of our clients have the option of shooting management buffalo for $250 each as well as wild Russian boar for $250 each. Management animals cannot be exported home. Additional trophy water buffalo can be taken on a trophy fee basis. Inquire to our office for additional information.
