Central Canadian Barren Ground Caribou of Northwest Territories Hunts
This region of Northern Canada is home to the best pure trophy hunting found anywhere in North America. Here there are a lot of caribou but due to the restricted license numbers harvest is very limited. Allowing more bulls to reach older ages and better trophy quality. This also means smaller camps and more attention paid to the individual hunter. The motto in our NWT camps is Quality before Quantity. The NWT is where you go for true trophy caribou hunting and the best possible hunting experience. |

Quebec-Labrador Caribou in North Quebec-Nunavut Hunts
Home to the largest migrating population of caribou in the world Quebec has an almost unlimited number of caribou permits each year. They offer hunts from mid August through November in various areas as the caribou migrate south. While many fine bulls are taken in Quebec every year the emphasis is Quantity over Quality. Our camps still provide a quality caribou hunting experience and over a million caribou migrate south each year through our camps. |

Caribou of Nunavut Territories, British Columbia, and Yukon Territories Hunts
These are the most physically demanding and awesome of the caribou species. They live in mountainous regions of western Canada and grow magnificent tops with many points. It is not uncommon for our outfitters to take multiple record book caribou every year. These hunts are customized to fit our client's needs. We have the hunts available by helicopter access, horseback access, and backpack hunting in all three of the provinces where they are found. These caribou can easily be combined with sheep, moose, and mountain goat hunts. In most areas strict harvest quotas apply so call our office for details and availability. |

Woodland Caribou of Newfoundland Hunts
This small island is the exclusive home to the smallest of caribou - the WOODLAND CARIBOU species. Diminishing populations are being investigated by biologists and tag numbers starting this year are on low quotas - we only get six permits. Our woodland caribou hunts are set up as eight to ten day fly out packages for between $12,000 and $16,000 in cost depending on the customized package booked. By using our float plane to access the remote areas and lakes during the October rut our clients will be targeting record book caribou bulls. Even though the overall population of caribou is dropping in New Foundland our area still sports a healthy resident population and our trophy quality has never been better. |

Alaskan Barren Ground Caribou - Western Alaska
Right now we have closed all but one of our caribou camps in Alaska due to the aggressive over harvest and mismanagement of the Mulchatna Caribou herd. Over the years the caribou bag limit was reduced to one bull caribou for non-residents and now the seasons has been shortened dramatically to reduce the harvest. The ONLY way we will book one of our clients on a caribou hunt in Alaska is on a mobile hunting program where we fly you and your guide out to where the caribou herds are found and set down nearby to begin hunting the next day. This means small aircraft (super cub) and light weight gear. This is not an easy hunt but if you want to take a caribou in Alaska during these times you have to be able to go light and be flexible! Our five day hunting packages are all inclusive at $6,500 with a minimum number of two hunters for one guide. One on one specialty hunts are available - call our office for details and availability. |
