This operation is based on 120,000+ acres of private lands enrolled in the Colorado Ranching for Wildlife program. This allows our clients to hunt elk with the weapon of their choice from early September during the peak of the rut through the fall and ending with special winter range hunts into December. This operation has enjoyed better than a 90% success rate over the years on bull elk because the elk live on this property all year – they never leave. They also have special mule deer and antelope permits available for combination hunting options. They have two lodging locations with cabins on the mountains in the high country and a nice base of operations with cabins at the main lodge in the low country. The variation in terrain allows us to book hunters of all ages and physical abilities and they welcome rifle, muzzleloader, and archery hunters alike.
