This private ranch is in a more western area of Montana where all you need is a general elk license to be legal to rifle or archery elk hunt. The property is located approximately 30 miles north of Yellowstone Park in traditional elk country. Local wolf populations are present but have not impacted the elk hunting like they have in other areas. All hunters are met in Bozeman at the airport (flying or driving) and taken out to the ranch 45 minutes south where they get comfortable in our traditional style elk camp which features canvas tents on wood floors and frames, wood stoves, and 4wd access not only to the camp but the entire ranch. |
