Mtn Lion Hunt
 
At this time we are offering excellent cougar hunts with some of the best houndsmen in the business. These hunts take place in various regions of the western states, all with different types of terrain. Hunter success is generally 100% with most outfitters. Also, reduced harvests of cougar due to a lack of hunter interest have resulted in all time high populations in some areas and older more mature cats. Areas with increases in mule deer and elk populations have also seen an increase in cougar populations and hunting has been very good. Listed below are the different hunts we offer in each state. At this time we are offering excellent cougar hunts with the best houndsmen in the business. While the vast majority of our clients will be hunting in either Colorado or Utah we also have hunts available in Alberta, British Columbia, and other western states. Hunter success is generally 100% provided the hunters show up in average or better condition. Increased mule deer and elk populations have resulted in an increase in cougar populations and hunting has been very good. It is important to note that we have the ability to customize a lion hunt that fits your needs on an individual level. Snow is not a requirement to have a great lion hunt as our dry ground hunts are just as successful as our snow hunts. We have lodge and cabin based hunts by vehicle and UTV as well as back country horse and mule camp hunts during the spring months on dry ground. These are awesome experiences that we highly recommend for our clients. We are also able to take two hunters together on the same dates in both winter and spring.

Both snow and dry ground hunts are equally rewarding and offer our clients completely different hunting experiences. As you can see from the photos above - we know what we are doing and we get our client's big lions! We have been out to hunt with our outfitters and houndsmen and they are the best in the business.
